Digital Audio Workstations:
Modern DAWs are more powerful and flexible than ever. In order to integrate easily with a wide range of projects, C Hoffman Sounds has available Avid Pro Tools 10 and 11, Ableton Live 9 Suite, and Cockos Reaper 5.
Production, Arranging and Sound Design:
In addition to the suite of production tools included in the above software, C Hoffman Sounds makes use of NI Komplete 9 and 10, Cakewalk Z3ta+2, Cycling ’74 Max 6, and other tools for sampling and synthesis allowing us to provide you with lush symphonic sounds and synthesizers without the cost of a orchestral recording space or the hardware required to capture these sounds in the past. If you so desire, we can create for you an entirely virtual band to suit your sound. In order to allow for easy collaboration, C Hoffman Sounds also has MakeMusic Finale 2014 and Arobas GuitarPro 6 available.
Editing, Mixing and Mastering:
C Hoffman Sounds primarily uses Pro Tools as a mixing and mastering environment, but has the tools and expertise to provide these services in a variety of DAWs. Among the software we have available for editing, mixing and mastering are Audioease Altiverb 7, Celemony Melodyne Editor 2, iZotope RX 4, iZotope Ozone 7 Advanced, and a suite of plugins from Waves, Valhalla DSP, and Blue Cat Audio.
